Complete prep work prior to renting machine to save rental time for grinding. Prep work includes clearing dirt away from stump down as far as you want to grind as well as far enough away from the stump to ensure the grinding head will not impact dirt at all. This MUST be done for all stumps prior to grinding as breaking and chipping of the grinding teeth may otherwise occur.
